Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using detailmarque.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DetailMarque(“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

DetailMarque is an online directory of luxury and exotic car detailing professionals operating in the United States. The Service allows:

• —Car owners to find and contact vetted detailing professionals.
• —Detailing businesses to be listed in the directory.
• —Detailing businesses to submit a claim request for an existing listing.
• —Users to submit general inquiries via the contact form.

DetailMarque is a directory service only. We do not book appointments, process payments between car owners and detailers, or guarantee the quality of any detailing service. All transactions occur directly between car owners and detailing professionals.

Directory Listings

Listing Accuracy

Directory listings are created from publicly available information. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that listing information (including business name, address, phone, hours, or services) is current or complete. Detailing businesses are encouraged to claim their listing to manage their information directly.

Listing Eligibility

DetailMarque lists detailing businesses at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or suspend any listing for any reason, including but not limited to:

• —Businesses that do not specialize in luxury or exotic vehicle detailing.
• —Businesses with documented patterns of customer harm or fraud.
• —Businesses that violate applicable laws or regulations.
• —Listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Claim a Listing

Detailing business owners may submit a claim request to manage their DetailMarque listing. By submitting a claim, you represent and warrant that:

• —You are the owner or authorized representative of the business.
• —All information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• —You have the authority to bind the business to these Terms.

Submitting a claim request does not guarantee approval. We review all claims and may request additional verification before granting listing management access. We reserve the right to deny any claim at our discretion.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• —Attempt to claim listings for businesses you do not own or represent.
• —Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service without written permission.
• —Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• —Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• —Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (including text, design, code, logos, and compiled directory data) is owned by or licensed to DetailMarque and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written consent. Individual use of directory information (such as contacting a listed detailer) is permitted and intended.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

• —Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• —Any guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• —Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of directory listings.
• —Any endorsement of or responsibility for detailing businesses listed in the directory.

DetailMarque is not a party to any transaction between car owners and detailing professionals. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any detailing service arranged through the directory.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DETAILMARQUE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DetailMarque and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including detailer websites and social media profiles. These links are provided for convenience only. DetailMarque does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
